I LOVE THIS QUOTE FOR THIS STORY!! HERE IS KYLEE'S REVIEW:

                                  Beautiful Thunder by: Louise Lyons
                                                       reviewed by: Kylee

Alex Randall has always wanted to be a rock singer. When he answers an ad from a local band, his dream finally comes true. He loves the stage, and the group’s fans love him. Things couldn’t be better, except for the attraction he develops for the band’s guitarist, Lindsey. Alex is surprised and initially worried, since he only had one brief flirtation with a boy in his teens. But even though he and Lindsey become close and start seeing each other, Alex fears commitment, and Lindsey worries that Alex might only be experimenting.

When Lindsey’s ex contacts him following a health scare, fear and anger drives a wedge between Alex and Lindsey, which causes rifts within the band. Alex and Lindsey’s relationship is still new and fragile, and with Alex unwittingly blaming Lindsey for their problems, it becomes a true challenge for them to weather the storm.

Sexy and confident Alex joins the rock band "River Rats" as their lead singer and that's where he meets shy but sweet Lindsey, River Rats super talented guitarist.

This man will make Alex re-evaluate everything he ever thought about himself to be true including his belief that he is straight.

The path to their "Happily ever after" is a rocky one for the pair and especially after a phone call that shakes their world.

Each has his own reason for his freak out and each handles it differently and usually terribly. But I love how terrible they handle things, it makes them believable and it makes them human.

You will ache with them as they find their way back to each other and back to love.

The character development is brilliant and we really get to know these two as we watch their struggles as they both grow individually and as a couple.
There are many tense, emotional moments but these are balanced nicely with love, laughs and sexy.

I loved this book and highly recommend it.

the 5 electric guitar rating :)
