SAVING FAITHLESS CREEK REVIEW!!

HEY THERE FRIENDS AND HAPPY WEEKEND! I HAVE MY REVIEW OF ANDREW GREY'S NEW RELEASE 'SAVING FAITHLESS CREEK' FOR YOU TODAY, THIS BOOK RE-ENFORCES WHY I LOVE THIS AUTHOR SO! LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT MY REVIEW, LINKS, AND EVEN A SMALL EXCERPT:

OH MY IS THIS QUOTE PERFECT FOR BLAIR AND THE LESSONS HE HAS TO LEARN IN THIS BOOK! HERE IS MY REVIEW:

Saving Faithless Creek by: Andrew Grey
                                                             reviewed by: Becky

Blair Montague is sent to Newton, Montana, to purchase a ranch and some land for his father. It’s a trip he doesn't want to make. But his father paid for his college education in exchange for Blair working for him in his casinos, so Blair has no choice. When he finds out he’ll be dealing with Royal Masters, the man who bullied him in high school, he is shocked. Then Blair is surprised when he finds that Royal’s time in the Marines has changed him to the point where Blair could be attracted to him… if he’s willing to take that chance.

Royal’s life hasn’t been a bed of roses. He saw combat in the military that left him scarred, and not just on the outside. When he inherits his father’s ranch, he discovers his father wasn't a good manager and the ranch is in trouble. The sale of land would put them back on good footing, but he is suspicious of Blair’s father’s motives, and with good reason. The attraction between them is hard for either to ignore, but it could all evaporate once the land deal is sealed.

Everyone knows I love Andrew Grey, and most every book he writes is a home run for me, well you can add Saving Faithless Creek high on that home run list, this book is stunning!

I love how we are drawn to Blair at the first of the book, and just fall more in love with him as the book progresses, I also love his friend Todd, and the dynamic between them is awesome, I hope we see Todd again soon (not so subtle hint hint :P).

Blair is at the mercy of his penny pinching, iron fisted, casino mogul father in exchange for his father paying for his college education, when his dad sends him to Newton, bad memories from the year he went to high school there resurface.

Royal doesn't remember Blair at first when he comes to his ranch looking to obtain it for his father for raising beef, and when he learns how his abuse in high school affected Blair's life, he is truly remorseful. That is one of the things I love about this book, the bullying isn't sugarcoated or made light of, it is dealt with and a former bully has to face the guilt of his actions.

The sparks fly, and when I say fly, you better get back or you will be burned by a cinder ;p, and as Royal and Blair get closer, Blair starts to see the appeal of ranch life, but could he lose Royal and Faithless Creek Ranch because of his underhanded father? Will he be able to get out from under the tyrants thumb once and for all?

You have to grab this book friends, you will learn the answer to these questions and much much more! Thank you Andrew, for re-enforcing why I love your writing so!

Royal drove and turned into the ranch drive while Blair continued to seethe. As soon as the truck stopped, Blair got out and stomped off toward the barn. He yanked open the door and walked straight through it, going out the small door on the other end.

“Where do you think you’re going?” Royal asked. “Hell if I know. Somewhere I’m not going to scare half of creation when I want to scream again.” “You can scream all you want. Hell, there have been times when I wanted to yell and rail at the entire world. You’re welcome to do it. But once you’re done, I’ll be here if you want to talk.” “Fucking talk? There’s been enough talk. All my dad does is talk and fill the world with more of his shit and lies.” Blair stomped over to where Royal stood in the barn doorway, framed in a square of light. “As far as I’m concerned, because of my father, there’s been enough talking and not enough fucking.”

Royal pulled him hard, slamming Blair’s body to his. “You sure have the temper of a cowboy.” Blair struggled, but Royal held him tight. “If fucking is what you want, darlin’, I can certainly take care of that.” Royal released him and stepped back, then bent down and hoisted Blair over his shoulders. “What the hell are you doing?” “You said you wanted a good fucking, and that’s exactly what I plan to do.”

He turned and strode through the barn. Blair bobbed slightly with each step. “Put me down!” “Oh, I intend to.” They passed out of the barn, and Royal kicked the door closed and continued across the yard toward the house. The steps bounced Blair around. He grabbed two handfuls of cowboy ass to steady himself and hoped like hell Carlene had gone to bed. No such luck. Royal didn’t slow down for a second. “Get those noise-canceling headphones you use when you fly—you’re going to need them,” he said to Carlene as he carried Blair down the hall to his bedroom.

TOLD YOU I HAD A GOOD REASON FOR THAT RATING! YOU GUYS ARE GONNA LOVE THIS ONE, THANKS SO MUCH FOR JOINING ME FOR MY REVIEW OF 'SAVING FAITHLESS CREEK'! HAVE A WONDERFUL REST OF THE WEEKEND!
