Sometimes taking control is what you need to do and sometimes the best thing you can do is give that control up.
In the summer between Logan's junior and senior years of college, these two will find out more about each other and themselves than they imagined.
While unhappy to be missing four weeks of Christian's company, Logan is thrilled to spend a month with his father's relatives in New York. A naturally gregarious individual, he is used to winning people over and getting things right. Unfortunately, the Mannettes are not what he expects and for the first time in his life, he finds himself seriously doubting who he is.
Christian has regained some of his old self-esteem and is taking on new challenges. Besides growing in the relationship he has with Logan, he takes the time his boyfriend is away to learn more about domestic discipline. He learns a little online but it is actually Gregory, Logan's father, where he gains most of his information. Including the fact that his natural strength puts him in a leadership position he isn't expecting.
When Logan returns to a strong, self-assured Christian, it is with complete relief. As discussions turn to domestic discipline and they realize their true roles within their current and future relationship, both of them are able to let their inhibitions go and together their connection grows surprising Logan to an epiphany.
I just love a second book in a series that totally lives up to the first! Thianna D has outdone herself this time. I fell in love with Logan and Christian in book 1 and I just fell into book 2 like there was no break in between the two, it was a seamless transition, and that is very hard to do.
Logan is looking forward to going to New York to visit relatives, but once there he finds it is not at all what he thought it would be. He finds strength he didn't know he had to deal with his Uncle and Grandparents, and the toll missing Christian has on him.
Meanwhile Christian is missing Logan too, but he finds the time away is allowing him to come into his own in the relationship, with Gregory, Christian's dad giving him a lot of advice in that department.
We get to see this couple evolve and grow as men and as a couple, and every minute of this book is a joy to read! Grab this one friends, I can't wait for you to read it! Thanks Thianna, for a book 2 in a series that truly left me satisfied!

A warm hand rubbed his buttocks and he
sighed, leaning his head on the blanket. “I really like the
blanket.”
“Wait till you feel the sheets. Just
putting them on the bed made me horny.”
“You’re always horny,” Christian
reminded him, gasping as a hard hand fell on his rump.
“Have I not taught you?” Logan
teased. “Never provoke the man who has your ass in his sights.”
Lifting his hips, he moved his ass back
and forth in a teasing motion before lying back down, loving the feel
of Logan’s shaft rubbing against him as he did.
“Don’t think a moving target will
stop me.”
Grinning, Christian laid his head on
the blanket again. The first blow came down, making him moan. The
swift feeling of heat quickly dissipated, but he did not have to wait
for the next one to fall, or the next. Logan kept up a steady rhythm
all over his backside and his upper thighs, none of the smacks
hurting particularly. After a few swats, the heat became a bit of a
sting and Christian smiled.
There was a slight pause before
something small and hard landed on his right cheek, making him hiss.
It came down a few times until finally Christian looked up at him. “I
really don’t like that.” Whereas Logan’s hand or the feel of
leather turned him on, the wooden spoon did not.
Logan looked at the spoon, nodded, and
placed it to the side. “I think I will wait on the cutting board
too. Let’s try the spatula.” He picked up a long, thin rubber
spatula and thwap! It crossed both of Christian’s cheeks,
leaving heat behind. As the heat turned into a sizzle, Christian
moaned slightly. It still did not feel as good as Logan’s hand, but
it wasn’t bad at all.
“Each implement has their own sound,”
he mused after Logan tried the pancake turner.
“Yeah, they do. I spanked a masochist
once, and he was a pretty intense one. I used my slapper and a cane.
The sound combination was delightful.”
Snickering, Christian looked over his
shoulders at the expression on Logan’s face, the one that came out
when he was mentally trying to figure something out. “Sick man.”
Looking at him, Logan grinned. “You
love it.”
“Go for the leather,” Christian
encouraged, eyeing the black paddle sitting next to him.
“All right. I will finish you off
with this and then I have a hard-on that is bugging the hell out of
me.” A moment later a loud sound filled the room as Christian felt
the leather paddle collide with his already tenderized skin.
“Fuck,” he gasped, arching his back
as his head came off the blanket.
“Feels good, doesn’t it?”
“So good. So good. Don’t stop.”
Strike after strike came down on his ass, and after a while Christian
wasn’t sure if he loved the feel or the sound of it more. Each time
the leather made contact, heat and pleasure filled him up, and as the
sound hit him it just intensified the sensation. His cock throbbed
and he needed completion. “Logan,” he gasped. “I need you.”
The words were automatic. He just knew Logan could give him what he
needed.
“Come here, Baby.” Logan grasped
his arm and pulled. Christian moved until he lay flat on top of
Logan, quickly thrusting his own cock against his boyfriend’s.

Groaning, Christian nodded as he thrust
again. It did not take long. He was so turned on and horny and his
ass so hot that he came, calling out Logan’s name as he continued
to thrust. Thankfully before his body forced him to relax, Logan came

Logan’s chest and closed his eyes. “I don’t think anyone has
ever felt this satisfied,” he mused in a slow, tired voice.
Logan hummed softly, combing fingers
through his hair. “Everything is so much better with you,
Christian. Everything. Before you go to sleep,” he said quietly.
“What do you say about a quick hot shower?”
