I loved book one of this series, and this book does it justice for sure! We come in 5 years into Bruce and Jeffery's marriage, when Bruce gets his doctorate and it seems that life will just continue to get better.
Then there is an accident, which turns out to not be so much of an accident! Who could have done this to the couple? Who wants them to suffer that bad? Someone knows, but can not tell, but what know one knows is why.
Will Jeffery and Bruce find out who has it out for them before they strike again? Secrets that have been buried for years surface, and friendships are questioned, can Alasdair help this couple before tragedy strikes a second time?
You will be riveted from cover to cover and I know you will be as shocked as I was at some of the plot twists, and you will be floored ( in a good way) at the clever ending! Grab this one now friends!
