I was so excited to read this book, it seemed I had been waiting for it forever! That is what a great start to a series does, it pulls you in and Corin's Chance certainly did that and this book lived up to the first and then some!
Tate knows he could have something good with Dariux, but can he open his guarded heart enough to let someone in, even if that someone says he is his true mate?
Dariux knows Tate is it for him, and when he is injured in the first book we see the first signs that Tate may care more than he let's on. Can he hold onto Tate, and with all the unrest around them will they be able to be together even if they wanted to?
Tate realizes that if he wants a chance with the man he loves, he needs to open up about his painful past and realize that maybe just maybe someone could love him just the way he is!
This book is a perfect play off the first and there is so much happening, but I certainly won't spoil it for you, I will say that there will be tearS and "OMG" moments for sure!
Don't miss this book, Dariux is my favorite character and Hannah sure did his and Tate's story justice! Thanks Hannah, for a followup that somehow is even more powerful than the first!
