HELLO THERE FRIENDS, I AM SO HAPPY TO BRING YOU ANYTHING OR NOTHING BY TERRY KERR AS PART OF MY BOOK BY BOOK REVIEW OF THE SUMMER BIGGER THAN OTHERS ANTHOLOGY BY BEATEN TRACK PUBLICATIONS! THIS IS SO MUCH FUN AND I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE HAVING AS MUCH FUN AS I AM! I HAVE MY REVIEW, LINKS, AND EVEN A SMALL EXCERPT: LET'S GET TO IT:
I LOVE THIS QUOTE FOR THIS STORY! HERE IS MY REVIEW:
Anything or Nothing (Summer Bigger Than Others Anthology) by: Terry Kerr
reviewed by: Becky
Every life has its turning point - that moment when a big choice has to be made - and for Michael Richards that time is now. His life could change irrevocably, and he's scared.
When he meets a stranger in a café - an older man who is familiar somehow, and seems to have appeared from nowhere - Michael is forced to make a decision.
Truth, or dead?
Wow, just wow, this story is so powerful and stunning, and the plot is so inventive you will be loath for it to end like I was. Terry Kerr did this story so much justice that I can't wait to tell you about it!
Mike freaks out when he almost kisses Tony, he just can't believe that a good catholic boy like him could be attracted to men! That day in the late 90's Mike makes a decision that will affect his life from now on, he will be alone rather than give in to his desires.
Mike gets a visitor of a very surprising nature to try to get him to change his mind, and let love in. Will this visitor be successful, or will Mike be doomed to live a lonely life with just his principals for company?
Oh boy you are gonna love this one soooo much let me tell you! You will be as floored and excited about it as I was, so don't let it pass you by! Thanks Terry, for a story so beautiful and original I will read again very soon!
the 5 (super cute) Spaniel rating :)

NOW FOR AN EXCERPT:
Mike was, at heart, polite. ‘Sod off’ was not an easy thing for a well-brought-up Catholic lad to say to a stranger. Especially if that well-brought-up Catholic lad was struggling with all sorts of emotions. Instead, Mike contented himself with a non-committal smile and a nod, turned his face to the window and hoped the oddly familiar man would take the hint.
He didn’t. Instead he asked, “Have you seen the dog yet?” Did he just ask me if I’ve seen the dog yet?Mike wondered, but didn’t turn to face his interrogator. Instead he kept looking ahead. Sooner or later this man would get the hint. Who wouldn’t? The man, apparently. “The spaniel,” he went on, more urgently. “The one with the stupidly happy face. The one that walked by the impossibly good-looking couple. You hated them most of all.
